Steve Miller – Managing Partner of Miller Goler Faeges Lapine LLP – is an experienced and respected trial lawyer, litigator, and strategic counselor, principally to public and private corporations, businesses and the people who own and run them, governmental agencies, and other organizations. Steve regularly counsels and represents parties in federal and state courts in Ohio and around the country, in both general and sophisticated matters, including business litigation, emergency actions, evidentiary hearings, trials, and appeals. Steve is a life member of the Judicial Conference of the Eighth Judicial District (Cuyahoga County), has been on the Editorial Board of the award-winning American Bar Association "Litigation" Journal for twenty-five years, and serves on the Board of Directors of the Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA–Cleveland), among other activities. Steve has lectured on trial advocacy and other topics at both the Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland State University Schools of Law, and at the annual NITA-Cleveland program. He holds an A.B. degree with honors from Brown University and a J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University.
